  • While I had known for a while that mitochondria were the energy producers for our cells. I never understood all the implications in every aspect of our lives. Not only does the author give you a good understanding of the science behind the mitochondria and the ATP production but all the influences they have on almost every aspect of our health. The best part for me was the prescript of what you can do to affect change in your body. It is almost a zen like guide to being your better healthy self. This in not a difficult read and it is super impactful.
